Eco-friendly winter home and yard maintenance March 20
There’s still ice out there…come learn about eco-friendly winter home and yard maintenance!
Thursday, March 20
7:00-8:00 pm
MLK Park
Join the Kingfield Neighborhood Assocaition Green Committee for Minnesota’s 1st winter maintenance training class designed for homeowners. This will be a chance to learn about de-icer selection, application rates, snow removal methods and environmental impacts. For the past 10 years this type of training has been available only to snow and ice control professionals. Now it is available to you in a simplified, and entertaining! Format.
Since this is a new program piloted in 2008 we are interested in understanding homeowner winter maintenance concerns. Any information you can share with us will help us improve our new training program. Bring your trickiest winter maintenance concerns and join in the discussion. Eco-friendly treats provided!
