About the Bike Tour
Inaugurated in 2007, the Minneapolis Bike Tour has become a tradition for cyclists of all ages. The tour provides individuals and families the opportunity to enjoy Minneapolis’ spectacular park and byway systems at their own pace, unhindered by motorized traffic. Co-sponsored by the Minneapolis Parks Foundation and Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, the proceeds from the event benefit Minneapolis’ beautiful park system.

Riders can start the course in waves from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Event ends at 2:30pm. The beer garden is open from 10:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., with last call at 2:15 p.m. All ages are welcome into the garden, but participants who would like a drink must have their ID checked, and be wearing a wristband.
